Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Lebhaari.com, we are committed to delivering your premium pens safely and efficiently across India.

1. Company Overview

Lebhaari.com is responsible for processing, packaging, and shipping coordination for all orders.

2. Processing & Delivery Time

• Processing: 1–3 working days (Custom/Bulk orders may take longer).
• Delivery: 4–6 working days post-dispatch.
• Coverage: Currently delivering across India only.

3. Tracking & Couriers

We partner with Shiprocket, Blue Dart, and Delhivery. A tracking link (AWB) will be sent via email/SMS after dispatch.

4. Delivery Attempts

Please ensure accurate address/phone details. If delivery fails due to customer unavailability or wrong info, reshipping charges will apply.

5. Address Changes

Updates are only possible before dispatch. Once shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

• Damaged: Report within 24 hours with clear photos/videos.
• Missing/Incorrect: Report within 48 hours with order ID and images.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders require confirmation via Call or WhatsApp before processing. Refused COD orders are treated as Return to Sender (RTO) cases.

8. Lost Shipments & Delays

If a parcel is confirmed lost, we provide a full replacement or refund. Delays due to weather or strikes (Force Majeure) are handled with priority resolution.
