At Lebhaari, every pen is a legacy. We are committed to ensuring your experience is as flawless as our craftsmanship.

⚠️ Time Sensitive Requirement

All return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 Hours of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Damaged or defective products.
  • Wrong product received.
  • Missing items from the order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized / Name Engraved Pens.
  • Used or self-damaged products.
  • COD orders refused at the doorstep.

🔄 Replacement Policy

Eligible issues are resolved with a free replacement. New dispatch occurs within 2–4 working days.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is unavailable. Credits return via UPI/Bank within 5–7 working days.
